ABOUT THE PUBLICATION

Curious by nature.
Careful by choice.

Puss-C is a privately owned publication exploring vitamin C and vaginal health. Our job is to make the research easier to find, read and question.

Who is behind the pages?

Puss-C publishes these guides under its own name. We are not a university, clinic, medical society or healthcare provider. The publication has an interest in intimate wellness; it should be read with that perspective in mind.

Claims are checked against the cited material. No licensed clinician has reviewed these pages. We do not use clinician bylines, medical-review badges or endorsements that have not been earned.

You can contact the publisher at privacy@puss-c.com. Please do not send personal health histories or requests for diagnosis.

How the reading list is built.

The public library is a selected introduction drawn from a broader research search conducted in October 2026. It is not registered as a systematic review, and we do not claim to have identified every relevant paper. For a reproducible synthesis, follow the published reviews and their methods.

We prioritize human studies directly examining local vaginal vitamin C and reviews that help place them in context. We distinguish original studies from syntheses, describe the population and comparison, and keep important design and funding details visible. Historical practices and household preparations are not treated as clinical evidence.

“Abstract consulted” means the summary is limited to the available abstract. “Full text consulted” means the paper itself was examined. Our library does not assign its own formal evidence grades; any certainty assessment we discuss is attributed to the review that made it.

A result stays attached to its question.

We distinguish pH changes from clinical outcomes, active treatment from recurrence prevention, and oral nutrition from local vaginal formulations. We do not count a review as a new clinical trial or combine overlapping participant totals.

Numerical summaries retain the comparison group and timeframe. A finding that is not statistically significant stays that way in our account. Safety observations and relevant industry involvement belong alongside positive findings.

Commercial interests.

There is no shop, paid placement, affiliate link or product recommendation on these pages. Puss-C is not presented as a nonprofit or an independent medical institution. If commercial relationships or sponsored content are introduced, they should be disclosed where readers encounter them.

This publication is educational. It does not recommend individual treatment, provide dosing instructions or certify a preparation’s safety.

Corrections, dates and updates.

Each guide states when its sources were checked. This is an editorial date, not a claim that new research appeared that day. We change dates when we substantively check or revise content, not on an automatic schedule.

Found an error or an important missing paper? Email privacy@puss-c.com with the page, the point in question and an original-source link. Material corrections will be noted on the affected page.
